Booking directly potentially saves you hundreds of dollars in AirBnB or VRBO booking fees. It cuts out the middleman and puts you in direct contact with the property owner!
Small Dog Stays for Free!
Additionally, we believe your dog is part of the family and who wants to pay extra fees to bring family! When you book direct, we waive the pet fee and allow you to bring your your up to 25lb pup for free. If your dog is larger than 25 pounds, but is still a good boy or girl, please contact us for arrangements.
Please try to keep the pups off the furniture and if you leave them alone please put them in a kennel to prevent any damage. This will ensure we continue to allow dogs to stay with us!
Unfortunately, due to cat allergies, we have to ask that you make other arrangements.
Complimentary Damage Waiver
Furthermore, when you book direct, we provide a complimentary Waivo™ Security Deposit Waiver Policy for the duration of your stay. This fee takes the place of a damage deposit and covers accidental damages. If you intentionally damage our property, you will be responsible for all damages and barred from future stays.
How to Book
Booking your next vacation with us is as simple as picking a property and searching for availability dates! To book please go to the “Accommodations” page and select the property you are interested in. Once there use the booking widget at the top of the page to search for availability. Each widget at the top of the page is synchronized to the property being booked. Please do not use the availability calendar at the bottom of the property page as that will not allow you to book.
